Recycling Fundraiser

Welcome to Woodlands!  Throughout the year, our school collects various items to redeem for cash or points to purchase materials and equipment.  We would like to encourage you to join us by saving the following items and sending them in to the school:

General Mills Box Tops for Education logos:  Clip the logos from many General Mills, Scott, Pillsbury, Betty Crocker, Lloyd’s, Avery, Fruit Shapes, Kleenex, Ziploc, Britta, and Land O’ Lakes products and more.  We earn 10 cents for each logo we redeem and we earned over $2,000 during the 2016-17 school year.  Go online to www.boxtops4education.com for a complete list of products.

Tyson Chicken Products:  Many prepackaged Tyson chicken products are marked with the A+ logo.  Please send in the rectangular A+LOGO from Tyson Chicken Products packages.

Target: Target Take Charge of Education program donates 1% of Target Visa and Red Card purchases at Target stores and Target.com online, and .5% of Target Visa purchases made elsewhere to Woodlands when designated by you.

Pop Top Tabs:  Woodlands collects aluminum pop top tabs from drink and pet food cans which we donate to the Ronald McDonald House.  They recycle them to raise funds for their program.

Prescription Eyeglasses and Sunglasses:  We collect old prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses which we donate to the Lions Club.  They refurbish them and give them to people in developing countries that would otherwise be unable to afford glasses.  Please help us in this worthwhile effort.
